Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and flavored tallboys, we do not accept returns on beverage products, but we will make it right if your order arrived damaged or defective. Merchandise and apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, un-murdered condition.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Loot

  Check your order immediately upon arrival; if your cans are crushed or your gear is defective, take a photo as evidence of the carnage.

  Summon Support

  Email our customer support team with your order number and photos of the damage so we can initiate a replacement or refund.

• 3.
  Pack the Evidence

  For apparel returns, place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging to ensure they survive the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Await Your Bounty

  Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund or ship out fresh supplies to quench your thirst.
